How long do dermaplane results last?
Results last around 3-4 weeks, depending on your cell renewal & hair growth cycle. For best results, monthly dermaplane facials are suggested.
Will my hair grow back thicker?
No, hair does not grow back thicker after a dermaplane. Dermaplaning areas with terminal hair, such as upper lip or chin, may feel and look this way. Shaving this type of hair may result in "stubble".
Does it require downntime?
Dermaplane is a non-invasive exfoliating treatment which requires no down time. After any facial, we suggest our clients wear SPF, refrain from working out, and avoid exfoliating.

WHAT TO EXPECT
IN THE TREATMENT ROOM
Every facial begins with a skin analysis to ensure each step of the treatment is tailored to your skin. Next we double cleanse, using the best cleansers for your skin, to lift all make-up, SPF, debris, and excess oil. Then the skin is prepped for the Dermaplane treatment with an AHA/BHA solution and oil to ensure the scalpel glides smoothly. Once the Dermaplane is performed, it is followed by a hydrating face mask and a neck, shoulder, and facial massage. We complete every facial with a customized post care routine, including targeted serums, moisturizer, and SPF.
